Who is Daniel Greenberg:

Daniel Greenberg is a licensed US Attorney (NY, CT), a Solicitor of England and Wales, a Solicitor of Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, British Virgin Islands, and formerly a BVI Licensed Insolvency Practitioner. During his career he held P/L responsibilities for numerous companies during workouts and restructuring. Mr. Greenberg specializes in International Contract Negotiations, Restructuring, Workouts, International Cross-Border Insolvency, Joint Ventures, Business Formations (domestic and international), Asset Protection, and Fraud Recovery. And he frequently serves as a business advisor and negotiator in the transfer of ownership or investment.
